Khrysler Homes - The Hammonton by Khrysler

Ultra ordinary Colonial style home with a small living room addition. I believe it is one of the most wanted architecture styles for any North American city builders..! The total 2 lots included. I use vanilla plants on the actual lots. They are changed in BOB just for the screenshots.

Yes I do (or would love to lol). The houses that I'm looking at range from Victorian to Art Deco with more details and interests.

Really great news re: more houses coming at the quantity of "a lot" lol. Do you intend to cover lvl4 and 5 as well? I used Ploppable RICO settings to adjust yours from lvl1-5 based on height. Even if you don't I'm excited for more!

Not sure but you can get it from here if you want! I like his vehicles cause they are neatly made and performance friendly with proper LOD

Hm, only seem to have the one 2x3 available in my game, not the 3x2 one.

Pls continue to make more of this "comprehensive" American style. I like to use these exclusively in my cities for classic low res areas, a consistent and all-American look!

That looks like a 1989 Honda Civic CRX in the thumbnail. That was my first car in high school.
