LtDerps Mine Sector with No Captain

Description
Surely galactic space age computers can shoot lasers at stationary rocks?!?!

Simple mod that removes some captain checks from orderchain.lua and harvest.lua.

Usage:
-Build a mining ship with mining laserz (and cargo if using R-laser)
-Fly the ship and start the Mine Sector command
-You can now leave the ship (Default T key) and it will continue to mine until all asteroids in the sector are depleted or cargo is full

@Thundercraft and @Howler Confirmed that this mod works as Thundercraft mentioned; you are able to leave the sector once you start the mine sector command on the captainless ship.

I haven't really tested this. However, I'd assume this mod allows players to order a ship to mine a sector even when said ship does not have a Captain on board - key word being "Captain". (I'm hoping it would also allow mining a sector if the ship the player controls leaves the sector or the player's view is otherwise swapped to a different sector.)

Confused, this is already in the game just be in same sector and press N, select ship click mine at bottom of screen. Perhaps I am missing something?

looks like you need to be sitting in the ship to start it; it will be under the robot icon in the top right corner of the HUD when your piloting it; seems to keep going when you exit
