Troubleshooting
  • Ensure mod is enabled in your mod manager
  • Ensure there are no conflicting mods enabled (try mod alone)
  • Ensure you have no commands in launch options
  • Unsubscribe & Delete the mod then resubscribe to the mod
  • Verify local files through steam
  • Restart Steam
  • Restart your P.C

Custom units:
may or may not work, if a unit or character still has upkeep, the unit/character will need to be added to the "all units" or "characters" unit set in order to work.

did you make sure you enabled it in the mod manager? and you have no launch options through steam?

AI gets free armies too, tested and its true.

Is the ai still unaffected? Yesterday I had the feeling that the ai has no upkeep aswell...?
