Master Of Orion (Load 19). This mod balances game scoring so that population is a larger contribution to the overall score while warship quantities have a lesser contribution. Details:

1. The player often wins their chosen Victory Condition while the Psilons unfairly often win the end of game score simply due to having a huge strong armada controlling a small area of the galaxy! This reduces the chance that will happens! This way, if you WIN your chosen Victory Condition, then you often WILL have the best score!

2. There is a huge bonus score given for the destruction of the Orion Guardian since the bonus scoring for the constructing the 3 scientific victory condition buildings is BROKEN (the game deletes the bonus when the third building is constructed). Also, building the Antaran Portal and eliminating players also provides a big score bonus as an off-set to the conquest of Orion by somebody.
