Bilgewater Pirates - Gangplank

Description
Compatible with all the DLCs and the other mods on the workshop.
You can get the Miss Fortune version here.

Civilization Trait:
Piracy Culture
Combat victories provide Gold equal to 50% of the Combat Strength of the defeated unit.

Leader Trait:
The Saltwater Scourge
+25% Production toward training naval units. Builds harbor district in half the time.

Leader Agenda:
The Saltwater Scourge
Might attack civilizations with strong navy. Likes warmonger civilizations.

Unique Building:
Sea Outpost
A building unique to Bilgewater. Provides +3 Food, +1 Gold, and +1 Housing. +15% Combat Experience for all naval units trained in this city. Requires harbor district.

Unique Unit:
The Dreadway
A naval unit unique to Bilgewater. Replaces Privateer. Has higher Combat Strength. Can capture enemy ships.

Unique Unit:
Pirates
A land unit unique to Bilgewater. Replaces Musketman. Has lower Combat Strength than normal Musketman but it is cheaper to build and maintain.

How does the capture work, I’ve been playing with gp and it seems to be a random chance to take an enemy boat when you hit it . Is this true?

@Bullion No, the Sea Outpost doesn't replace any buildings. It is a new building unique to Bilgewater. It should be compatible with all the mods on the workshop.
