The location is shown in the center of the screenshot. If you put the tower close to the wall, then you will have enough space to put a port or a large clay warehouse.
The large warehouse and port generate builders and workers to continue building.
Next, you will need to build a market behind the wall and buy wood for towers and other buildings.
