Hello. Mod is awesome but it have some issues. When playing on campaign and if you rift jump to other planet locations and want to establish an outpost, the power consumption goes crazy. It means, that your power stations on headquarters don't work if you on another planet location. You get only power consumption of all headquarters location buildings.
