Underhell Combine [Replacement]

Description
Replaces combine soldiers with ARC Mercs from Underhell.
NPCs now spawn with set bodygroups enabled; the Prison Guards can randomly spawn with their visor up or down.

Hello! I have an idea for a custom combine unit that i hope you can make. Here are the details:



Combine Arsonist

A combine unit with a blue hazmat suit (make it look combine-ish), Cremator head, combine soldier respirator, and a cremator orb.

This will be an SNPC (and playermodel, probably), so that means it will have a special weapon. The weapon should be something like a flamethrower, according to the name.
