NightVisionGoggles

Description
Adds Night Vision Goggles to the game and a new (double) battery that you should use to power them up (alongside with recipes to craft them). Trough sandbox options you can decide how long the battery will last, the frequency of the spawn inside military containers/vehicles.

They'll be turned on automatically when weared and they'll be powered off while unequipped.

love the use of the retro PVS goggles, but i'm having an issue where the model renders in fine if placed on the ground or dropped, but is cut in half at a 45 degree angle when rendering on the player's head. seems to be a conflict of sorts with "Spongie's Open Jackets" as when my pants are in "tuck out" mode the goggles render funky, whereas if they're in "tucked in" mode they render fine. like i said, minor conflict, but would be nice if it wasn't there. maybe you could look into fixing it if that's possible. otherwise, nice simple night vision mod with my favorite PVS model, thanks for your work!

@Kabanos yes, it works in multiplayer.

@raffle I forgot to mention that I've added the spawn for the items. You should now be able to find them around
