Toxic Wastepack Generator

Description
No this isn't a generator that produces pollution, it's the exact opposite. This mod adds a generator that takes toxic waste packs and produces energy at the same rate as a chemfuel generator. Is it balanced, maybe, maybe not, I don't care. Pollute and clean up to your hearts content.

If you don't like the idea of infinite power you can now burn the waste packs in the crematorium without producing toxgas or power.

The crematorium for sure is polluting the ground upon burning the waste pack. the TWG i think i was mistaken. The ground the TWG is on is covered up but looks like it is/was polluted so i thought that too was polluting the ground. Im pretty new to rim world, so my mistake.

is this meant to pollute the ground? both the generator and crematorium are polluting the ground. i only have this mod and biotech installed.

I'm sure it does, but the issue everyone is having isn't for a base game modlist. It's an easy fix that keeps the recipe working as intended.

Anyone that's having issues with burning tox packs, if you remove "<requiredGiverWorkType>Hauling</requiredGiverWorkType>" from this mod's recipe.xml it'll fix the issue
