E3 2008 Tank Sounds

Description
Replaces the Tank's voice sounds with the unused voice sounds from the E3/Mid 2008 period.

There's already a mod out there like this ofc, but most of the sounds either cut off too late/early or just aren't replaced.

This is good. I've always wanted a mod that makes the Tank sound as he did in the intro for the first game. I always loved how angry he sounds in it.

@killklappa Same, I love how menacing the tank sounds when he is going for Francis using the common, it's terrifying, this is close though.
