Next time you make a character with a weapon, make the weapon a bone and not just a sprite,
You can do that by going into the rig editor, making a new sprite for the rig, then go into views and make a new view, name the top one blank and the bottom one anything you want, after that draw the weapon on the bottom view, copy the front image to back, make a bone and bind it to the sprite (with the bottom view) and vualuaha (i dont know how to write vualuaha) you got yourself a rotatable weapon, if you want to make more weapons then just make another view, draw the weapon on that new view, bind it, and you got a new weapon, if you want the character to equip/unequip the weapons then go back to the animation editor, select a frame go to rig layer configuration, click on the automatic text prompt, and from there you should know how to equip said weapon
Hope this helped
