Hello @AxFairy, the game assigns random IDs but I don't think you can find a certain answer about the priorities it uses.

I have a question regarding conflicts and load order with database edits I was hoping you could help answer. From the sounds of it this file does fairly similar things to another award pack by Daveincid. My assumption is that it doesn't make much sense to use both, but in the event someone had both activated how does the game decide which database takes priority?
