AW_Mech_HelmetBase needs MayRequire="Ludeon.RimWorld.Odyssey" for <VacuumResistance>0.69</VacuumResistance>

AW_Mech_PABase is done correctly with <VacuumResistance MayRequire="Ludeon.RimWorld.Odyssey">0.32</VacuumResistance>

在这个路径下的本地化文件中的第29行多了一个空格，导致日志中出现报错，望修复。
