Dolores' Black Silence Rework

Description
A mod that aims to make the Black Silence stronger and more fun to use. Reworks all of his Combat pages and adds 'The Twelve Fixers' to his key page, as well as the first phase of his reception.

Now compatible with 200% Furioso.

Putting 200% Furioso below this in the load order should do that. I think the easiest way to achieve that would be to unsub from 200%, relaunch the game, and then resub.
I'll try to figure out a better compatibility solution on my end though.
