Description

This is planned to be a collaboration with a 3d artist, so consider this a part one.

Adds a faction, town (Medical University), 3 new unique recruits (including a reimagined alpha character) and a traders visit. Also adds a reaction to Doctor Chung seeing the guild.

The Medical Guild trains professional physicians. They will visit you to sell their medical items and offer the services of their medics and plastic surgeon - right to your door. You could always seek out their HQ, for resident professionals or to speak to their leader, Doctor Amelia.

There is a completely empty outpost east from Blister Hill. Game says it belongs to my faction. I imported, tried new start... and it's still there. Just blocking the bridge. When I go shift f12 game says it's this mod. Any chance for explenation?
