Formable Nations: Plus | 1.10 compatible

Description
IMPORTANT:
The mod is updated for 1.10, but please let me know if you find any bugs related to the mod!

This mod aims to add several new Formable Nations to the game.
Most of these will be "minor" unifications as they as meant to be a mid to late game objective for players to work towards themselves.
All unifications will give a permanent buff and a flavour event once achieved based on the nation.

Please still post ideas for nations if you have any fun ideas!

for the next update, can you make it so that forming the Caliphate also automatically gives you the Caliphate government currently limited only to Sokoto?

Latest update seems to have broken mod again - thanks paradox

I agree with @Freglz that it would be interesting to have some more African formable nations.

It is good that Songhai was added in the west but the Eastern and Southern parts of Africa could use something else (especially the Zulu).

Also - is there an updated list of available formables anywhere? The on on the discussions seems to be missing the more recent additions.

I think the Imperial federation should have a similar decision making to the USE and/or Roman Empire.

@Nxt1yr, I assume you're looking at the decision to form the USE. If you have decided to pursue the USE via diplomatic means you'll have a journal entry called "Forming the USE: Diplomatic". There you have a journal button with all the requirements.
You're doing good, but for example you also need Norway, Sweden, Denmark and portugal as puppets and you're going to need some land off Austria as well. I hope this helps but let me know if something is unclear

How do i form USE? im playing as prussia and i have the netherlands, belgium, switzerland, france and sadinia-piedmont as my subjects but the decision is greyed out? The tooltip says "The country has the variable in question" and i have no idea what that means

One final suggestion I have is to add more formables for Africa, at least until colonial-target countries actually receive some depth and content. I feel cheated that when I actually do well as, say, Zulu, there's nothing unique about the country, even some region-specific flavour. I'd love to be able to either form a higher tier of nation with benefits in recognition of the accomplishment (besides, they were often KINGDOMS to begin with, not principalities), and determine what its immediate future should hold -- stabalise relations with the greater powers and improve trade, or seek to conquer or unify Africa further with claims on adjacent territories and such.

Personally, a native-led South African empire would be fun, with a branching decision to either expel, integrate or accept the foreign settlers. Maybe that means they're a primary culture, or maybe it means a significant reduction in radicalism for discriminated pops.

@Mordock, another idea I have is to limit potential journal bloat by locking formable countries' journal entries behind relevant conditions, or making them a one-time triggered event the play can choose to pursue or not.

For instance, as Great Britain, having a subject or owning a state in the Scandinavian region triggers the option to pursue forming the North Sea Empire. Similarly, after either researching pan-nationalism or a set in-game period, the event to pursue forming the Imperial Federation is triggered -- inspired by real or alt-history calls for all territories to be brought together.

I typically have a goal in mind when I play a nation, anyway, and find other options in the meantime to be distracting.

By the way, there are two formable Oceanias, one I'm assuming came with the base game and another with your mod. I don't know if you meant to edit the vanilla one or if they're somehow an outdated artefact.
