Description
A mod I commissioned from the exceptionally talented Taranchuk. It adds a box above the hud, click it and you can load any image you'd like from the predefined folder in the mod itself. There are other portrait mods on the workshop, but imo this one is the simplest and most intuitive - and very important (for me at least) - it is compatible with rimHUD.I generally use images around the 500x500 pixel size, but it should accomodate most sizes that aren't crazy big or crazy small. Recommend PNG for best quality.

Portraits go in the following location (make the folder if it doesn't generate, but it should): C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2898119330\Textures\ColonistPortraits

It might support jpg, haven't tried it. Enjoy!

still doesnt work, for me all three mods do not work anymore

It's strange, the mod itself is working in game, but I cannot seem to find the generated folder to put images into. I've checked under workshop and within the rimworld folder and searched my computer for it.

where exactly I can put colonist files? where is "colonist portraits" dir ?

hi, i figured it out, you have to load your files into the directory "colonist portraits", then click on the image and it will allow you to select from the portraits in that directory. however, I did have to restart the game fresh when I added new portraits.

can you provide or show any instruction on how to use this? i see the directory where the portraits are supposed to be, but I can't see how to bind the colonist name to a new image?
