Corvettes and Components

Description
Adds new options for building awesome small ships, like corvettes.

New Components:
- Added a corvette sized cockpit 1x2.
- Added a corvette sized reactor 1x1.
- Added a corvette sized reactor advanced (Supplies power 3 rad) 1x1
- Added a corvette sized hyperdrive 2x1.
- Added a corvette sized storage room 1x1

The new reactors, and hyperdrive are available as a blueprints in career mode.

I love your mod, but it doesn't work anymore since updating the game to version 0.23.0 :(

The prefixing (Hull Classification) of the Corvette is fairly varied. I like all of the research people have shown. I will revisit the current list as I didn't label it CV to match Earth standards, however it would be a nice linkage to do so.
