After the witches had recovered in the Witches Hideout and gathered new strength, they set off again for Fairground Island to drive away the hunters. The witch Alissa de Vries did not agree, but bowed to the witches' peer pressure ...
All the hunters were driven out and scattered to the winds.
Karl the Potato found himself on an island which he named Lost Sands. With his knowledge as a blacksmith and in the art of building, he immediately built a tavern, which is one of the most important things for a hunter.
From time to time he was visited by hunters from other islands. Even a pirate ship came to visit (why could they sail so badly).
One day, a message in a bottle washed up, which Karl the Potato found immediately. It had a strange pink glow. He wonder if there was a Djinn in it? Then he would get 3 wishes! So he tried to open it, but ... the message in a bottle turned into a witch! Her name was Alissa de Vries, and she wanted to take a holiday... but at first she didn't dare to go to the island in her real witch's guise, so she let herself be washed onto the island as a message in a bottle.
Karl was sceptical, but he offered her rum. And so they sat in the tavern, drank rum and even started to dance together.
