It changes the voice of el to archimage(so it gets voice of el stuff) and then adds Every other rit caster to the recruit pool, so you can play every class. (Would add this to desc but the description resets every time I update it)

What about some Beholder love? And Goblin King? I'm guessing this mod allows the Archmage access to all factions...
