The MES is a standard shuttle designed for civilian use beyond the greenzone in the Artemis System. While lightly armed and armored, it boasts a considerable acceleration speed. Designed for comfort in mind, the MES can easily carry 6 passengers plus pilot to and from orbit, between planets if necessary, and has a large interior flooring to allow up to 10 additional passengers to stand in the pressurized hull.

Although not combat oriented, the MES sports 3 turrets on the exterior for basic defense against personnel, missile salvos, and if necessary, against hostile ships. The MES is a civilian general transport ship that has a sister model oriented to military operations. While it possesses only 3 turrets, it is equipped with heavy armor and several forward facing weapons.

As mentioned above, the MES is capable of interplanetary travel in a pinch and is able to operate on heavy gravity worlds.
