Started hosting this map again, get the occasional crash but its super rare, probably our problem lol, still a really great map

The soundscape manifest that you packed seems to be a wav file and not an actual manifest. Either way you don't need to pack the manifest, all you need is the soundscapes_mapname.txt, no need for the manifest.
