I've just downloaded the mod and the animations(in thirdperson only, but in the first person are fine) don't work properly.
I tried to verify the integrity, re-install the mod and no use.

While she's running with the primary weapon, the animation goes in crouch.
When she gets caught by smoker, she just stands, literally doesn't do anything.
and many...
