Description
During the genesis of Europa colonization, this model was used for raiding dens of the moon for fare. Yet due to the new denizens, many creatures have become scarce and now this boat is now repurposed for transporting provisions between outposts.

@nightlytea1 NBL = Neutral Ballast Level. It indicates how full the ballast must be for the submarine to neither ascend nor descent. 0.3 = 30%.
