Attempts to integrate Naki and their psycasts into Vanilla Psycasts Expanded's systems.

All Naki should start with their race exclusive path unlocked and one point to spend. I'd recommend having at least one pawn start with Decay to generate dark matter for a pylon early on. If you don't want the path locked to just Naki you can use this patch I made.

All of the abilities had to be remade in VPE's system, and so with few exceptions if the base Naki mod's values on their psycasts are updated that will not be reflected here until I update this. A handful of effects were added to add more weight to some of the casts as well.

The ritual to level a Naki's psycast level works up to level 5. I apparently was too lazy to try to figure out how to make it go beyond that. It's an incredibly strong start anyway.

Naki should be below VPE in mod load order for this to work properly.
