VXY cyborg soldier

The VXY is a military group who uses cyborg soldiers to fight its wars most of which are against DAL. surprisingly the group is very generous to civilians and use stolen goods and funds from there enemy's and give it back to the community ( so if your using them to RP make sure to make them not a corrupt group but of course it doesn't matter use your imagination )
