"YOU CANNOT BURN ME, I'M ALREADY ON FIRE!" -Soldier, TF2

This buddy will give permanently give you Zetterburn's flame effect while it's active. You'll gradually take damage until you get KO'd. The only way to stop it is to unequip the buddy.

Why did I make this? Well, I was just playing around and thought I'd test something, so I created this to help. I forgot the exact details of what I was trying to do though.
