Allows Fabricors to make Subcores

This is a patch for Craftable Mechtech Chips and Cores by Grumpy Gremlin. https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2888969512

This mod is using the Vanilla Expanded Framework https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/workshop/filedetails/?id=2023507013
you can activate and deactivate it in the options of VEF.

yes i saw these errors now too and i will be honest i do not have the mental capacity right now to work through this because the last time i patched/modded Rimworld was when anomaly was released and since then i have forgotten how to do it properly
if anyone wants to help be my guest but from my side it will take some time and it is honestly not a high priority for me right now
