Legionaires Throw Pila

Description
Legionaires now throw their pila, like they should!

Revives a removed feature that allows troop AI's to throw certain spears like the pilum

Applies to:
Troops; Imperial Veteran Infantryman, Imperial Legionary, Imperial Elite Menavaliton, Khuzait Darkhan, Triarii
Companions you give throwing spears
Modded troops that use vanilla throwing spears

Mod is compatible with existing save files

correct me if i am wrong but from i have noticed this mod not really needed in the Beta since they already throw their pilums, so unless i just haven't noticed, i am not sure if this mod is still needed, which i guess could be considered a good thing.
