Trade Goods Slider Fix (Alternate version)

Description
As requested, I made an alternate version of my original mod Trade Goods Slider Fix where I make all of them horizontal. This does have the effect to not center any of them as well though.

@Valar you scroll them horizontally across one line instead of vertically over a few. Hope that clarifies it.
