Stirling Engine PID Controller (Stirling Engine Room 3 of 4)

Controls a Turbo Gas Pump's Setting to keep a Stirling Engine running at 7750W​.

Based on Elmo's PID Controller & Filter

Constants/Settings:
Kp, Ti, Td, PID controller settings, already adjusted for the Stirling engine. See Elmo's script for more info.
MinOutput, MaxOutput the minimum and maximum output of the turbo volume pump in moles of gas.
POWER, the desired output in Watts of the Stirling engine. Set at 7750, increasing is not recommended.

Devices:
Sensor d0, an IC chip that calculates the power generated by the Stirling engine without the 8kW limit.
Actuator d1, the turbo gas pump this chip should control to feed gas to the Stirling engine.
SleepToggle d2, same as d1, when turned off, pauses the scripts calculations.
dAnalyizer d3, a pipe analyzer on the turbo pumps input pipe network. Used to convert from moles to volume.
