Rags Psylink Gene -- ALPHA

Description
Adds a gene that gives those who inherit it a natural psylink once they turn 13. Currently no attempts have yet been made to balance it, or make it any prettier.


Alpha and untested! Use at your own risk!

Will you be updating this Mod? It doesn't work in V1.4 because of how "Rimworld" changed their C-Sharp.

To be fair, psychic toddlers are only slightly more terrifying than psychic preteens.

This has an interesting interaction with Vanilla Expanded Psycasts, in that any child with the gene has their psylink active from birth.
