[TF2] Enhanced Lollichop Licker Revival

Description



After long last. I revisit an old project of mine with the knowledge of what I have now. Introducing the new form of the enhanced lollichop licker with improved textures, mesh, HWM, the works!

Maybe I should enhance more pyro heads again? Forgot how fun it can be.
