100% accurate ROB

Coming straight from the high tier in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, this accidentally cute-looking robot packs quite a punch! The character is 100(0)% accurate to the game!

ROB is a large and heavy character, but has wheels and rocket boosters for great speed.

Tilts:
-jab: ROB grabs an opponent and buries them in the ground.
-ftilt: ROB swipes an area in front of it, launching opponents upward.
-dtilt: ROB swipes low with its arms and hits opponents.
-utilt: ROB swipes its arms upward. Good combo starter.
-dattack: ROB swipes an area in front of it, launching opponents upward. Good combo starter.

Aerials:
-uair: ROB swipes and hits opponents above it multiple times
-nair: ROB spins around with its booster, hitting enemies multiple times and setting them on fire.
-dair: ROB releases a huge blast below it, spiking enemies.
-bair: ROB releases a blast behind it. propelling itself forward.
-fair: ROB swipes an area in front of it.

Strong Attacks:
-fstrong: ROB releases a mid-range laser blast in front of it.
-dsmash: ROB spins its arms across the ground, hitting enemies multiple times.
-usmash: ROB flips on its head and releases a blast above it. Has an initial hitbox that pulls low opponents in.

Specials:
-nspecial: ROB shoots a laser that charges and gets larger over time.
-uspecial: ROB flies up. Can be cancelled into any attack.
-fspecial: ROB spins around, hitting multiple times with a strong hit at the end. The strong hit can be done earlier by pressing the button again.
-dspecial: ROB spawns a rotor projectile. It stays on stage for a while, hitting opponents near it.

The cpu might even be able to kill a certain clown whose kill count is unknown to the U.S. government...
