Deal or no deal? Diplomatic UI Expanded [OBSOLETE]

This mod is obsolete, since 1.2 introduced all its functions but better.

A simple mod that tries to fix vanilla UI that gives us no information at all. Thanks to this mod, you'll be able to see at first glance, which countries will accept your alliance or trade agreements offer.

Unfortunately, due to game limitations, I cannot make it any better or include more info. Current solution is a clever "cheat" given me by Agami at V3 Mod Co-op Discord. As you can see, it's just part of the Tooltip you get when you hover your mouse over all options.

This mod is bad. But it's still better than vanilla. Shame on you PDX, you were the Chosen One!
