Description

For all leagues/cups;
- No more foreign player limit,
- No more EU player limit,
- No more work permit...

All players are world citizenship. All players can be registrable and played, any league.

- How to use?
Open Football Manager 2023 and start a new career game.
You must select "No More Foreigner Limits" in database option.

for italy league i am not sure it work. In came as i start in my club i get the rule notification. also under rules i see it listed that i can only have 2

Does this change the match rules as well because some leagues like Iceland have a foreign player match rule?
