Magpie the Travelling Merchant

Turns the Travelling Merchant into Magpie from Oneshot.

Sprites are from Oneshot, but Magpie's a stationary NPC in Oneshot and thus doesn't have walking sprites so I had to make those myself using his regular sprites as a base.

(note: terraria's sprites are one-sided; there's only a left-facing sprite and the game flips that when the npc faces right. the problem with this is magpie is lopsided; one eye is blind and the other is not. so i just used his blind side for his sprites. sorry magpie.)
