Welding In JBMod
This guide still works with the newest JBMod version. If it stops working, I will say so here.
  1. Equip your Physgun, if you haven't already

  2. Right-click on a prop to place a "sticky"

  3. Right-click on another prop to place another "sticky"

  4. Bring the 2 props with "stickys" on them together

  5. The "stickys" will try to connect with eachother, when your physgun beam turns red, release left-click to weld the 2 props together!

  6. The props are now attached together!
Physgun Ammo Counter & Deleting Stickys
Your Physgun ammo counter indicates how many "stickys" you are allowed to place, presumably to prevent crashing from too many "stickys".

Pressing R will delete all of your "stickys" and reset your physgun ammo back to 512.

Destroying one or both attached props also deletes "stickys", but does not add them back to your physgun ammo. When your physgun ammo counter drops to 0, you cannot place anymore "stickys", even if you don't have 512 "stickys" existing. You can fix this by pressing R, but once again this will delete ALL of your "stickys".
"Physgun Mode"
By default, the C key cycles through different "physgun modes", but these actually change the type of "sticky" the Physgun makes! Here are details about them.
Ballsocket

This "sticky", hence it's name, behaves like a LEGO ballsocket piece.[www.google.co.uk]

Rope

This "sticky" creates a rope between 2 props upon being attached.

Fixed

This "sticky" completely welds 2 props together.

This is my first guide, but I've updated it about 2 or 3 times with more information. I hope this guide was helpful!
