No Decentralized Nations

Description
Did you ever want to play as the Khazaks and conquer Russia? Or take Morocco as the Sahrawi? Or ever wanted to create a true South Africa as an African nation? Or do you just like creating alternate timelapses? Then this mod is the right one for you!



Content
The content is very simple: All decentralized nations were made unrecognized nations. On one hand, this ensures that the colonization of Africa is completely broken. But on the other hand, you can now start as any country in the world.
This mod is perfect for timelapses, but also for "experimental" gameplay.
Update: Every nation will now start with colonial affairs politics set to "No Colonial Affairs". AI will not be able to re-enact colonial affairs.

Compatibility
This mod modifies the following files:
  • \common\country_definitions\00_countries.txt
  • \common\country_definitions\01_africa.txt
  • \common\country_definitions\01_pacific_and_australasia.txt
  • \common\laws\00_colonial_affairs.txt
  • all files in "\common\history\countries" folder
The mod should be compatible with all other mods that leave these files alone.

Because the mod was not revised, I have added a simple version here.
Basically I have changed only 2 things:
1: Decentralized nations are not colonizable.
2: They have military, economy, politics and technologies (so they are playable like any other nation).

Remember, decentralized nations have a debuff from Paradox that weakens them a bit, so I left that vanilla.

Because of the simplicity this version is compatible with any patch

yeah can second the Kazakhs being wiped off the map thing. Now there is a big white splotch of uninhabitable land in the map of one of my games because I hadnt noticed. Couldnt find a way to fix it

Hello! The recent update made the Kazakhs vassal nations of Russia, but now the mod just wipes them off the map

Weird, I just started a new game with this mod activated and Mexico still has Colonial Exploitation, not No Colonial Affairs. Any idea what may have happened?

@AVE You're right, that can definitely be a problem in late game. I originally didn't want the mod to be to complex, but I willl look into this. Maybe I'll do this as an "extension mod", so that this mod works with other mods that do this kind of stuff.

Won't this mod slow down the game quite heavily and do it much faster than base game? Would it be possible to slow down the pop growth speed and building speed of these previously decentralized nations as to facilitate a faster game in the long term?
