The settings mentioned in the guide provided by KIWI FOX are a big improvement and full credits to him, the setup mentioned in there is flawless.

But I didn't quite like the desaturated cold effect with these settings, so for those who only want to have a strong sharpening effect, I recommend to disable every effect except the AMD FidelityFX and tweak the settings for this effect found at the bottom, named CAS.fx.

The values Sharpening intensity should be at 1 in my opinion and I recommend to also set the Contrast Adaption to one, if the effect is too strong I would only lower the contrast.
I also like the DPX effect, it makes the image more vibrant in a pleasant way (but don't know what it exactly does ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Using the CAS with every value at max does look pretty rough if the comparison picture is zoomed, but during gameplay I pretty much enjoy the sharper version much more than the washed out one.

I hope some of you can enjoy the game a bit better and encourage people to try other settings as well.
