Description
Liberally applied the "Maximum Export Multiplier" modifier to all of the trade laws.

with this mod, if you have the free trade law, 25% of your sell orders will remain within your country.
50% for mercantilism
75% for protectionism
100% for isolationism, (although you can't actually trade with that law anyway,)

By limiting the amount of goods that could leave a country, two bugs are alleviated. First, the infinite-money-from-circular-trade-route bug, which is exactly what it sounds like, is hampered by countries not being able to just full send/yoink the entire cargo of their own/other country. Second, this prevents the goods siphoning issue, where, for example, you will never have any wood for your own construction sector because Russia bought it all.

Nov 4 Update: After some playtesting I've upped the protected percentage of every country's sell orders.

This is not working, I have it towards the end in load order, but with protectionism turned on after going through isolationism, I am seeing trade routes within a few months taking more than the 25% of sell orders than they should. I'm getting shortages again in key goods like clothing that nobody else seems to manufacture.

@pasteldenata, The AI most likely will take into account the fact that the amount of goods they can buy/sell is now limited, as that part of the calculation, far as I can tell, is pretty dynamic.

After hours of play testing I have yet so see the AI not being able to buy/sell what they should

How does the AI behaviour change with this mod? Are the profit calculations that the AI relies on modified to account for the selling order limit?

being trying to do that myself, and yeah, no joy here either, scope seems to be country and country only.

i've been trying to find a way to get this apply on a per-Goods level
only solution i've found so far is to jack up export tarrifs. any ideas?
