DEPRECATED Exploration Hiatus (+Expedition Fix)

Description
Add an Explorer rank to stop your commanders from keeping your troops locked whilst they are on expeditions. Commanders will be automatically promoted to Explorer when sent on an expedition, and back to their original rank when the expedition is complete.

Also fixes commanders which are stuck "busy" following previous expeditions, as long as no other expeditions are currently in progress.

All updates will apply on the monthly pulse.

Hopefully we don't need this mod anymore.

Nevertheless, thank you so much for making the game playable while we waited for the patch to fix it!

Well done. I tried to use save editing but kept corrupting the file in my archiver. This worked easily and fixed my 171 Level 5 General.

Which part isn't working for you? I've tested and everything works OK at my end. Commanders will only update once a month (to avoid needing to overwrite the expedition event files given the volatility of a release), but if you're running another mod that adds commander ranks then it may run into trouble.
