Dude don't just update to only 1.6. Either you keep the older iterations in so it still works with older versions of the game, or you create a new download for 1.6. Some of us are forcing an older version of the game due to other mods not updating and not wanting to break the savegame.If you overwrite yours to 1.6 only, it won't be downwards compatible anymore. I just tracked a loading freeze to this mod which only works on 1.6 now but nothing below anymore. Do you have this for 1.5 or 1.4 still somewhere?

I would recommend learning how patch operations work and rewriting this mod to patch instead of overwriting the whole defs, you're in for a world of compatibility and future patch issues down the line if anything else ever changes the stat defs.

Great mod, people should understand that there is a cap
