A Graphical Mod for Victoria 3 that changes the Gradiant Border Settings and Border Graphics.

Ironman and Achievement compatible.
It should be compatible with most Mods.

The red color for the Ottomans is from a
seperate Mod.

It mainly changes the Gradiant Border Settings and minor changes to Country Borders themself, it doesn't change the colors of countries because I don't want to to create more compatibility issues with Mods that change Country colors.
All the changes are just inside the GFX file, so only mods that change the Gradiant Border Settings and Border Graphics will have problems to work with this mod.
You're able to see in the Screenshots how the game looks with this Mod. :)

What are the major changes? Just the color for some countries? Thanks in advance btw I'll try the mod
