Self-Sustained Floating Hyperloop Terminals

Description
This mod allows you to build floating hyperloop terminals. Made with ultra-durable, self-repairing materials, these hyperloop terminals don't require proximity to a maintenance station. They've also been fitted with their own power source, making them perfect for connecting districts across unexplored ocean territory.

Never made sense to me that your buildings are sealed against vacuum, but not sealed against water? WTF? No sense at all.

But u can connect Elysium island with the rest - there are a couple pieces of land just to the south (works for 1200m level at least)

The mod doesn't need Blue Mars, but you can only build it on water, so... yes.
