Skeletron Prime to The Visage

Description
Changes almost everything about Skeletron Prime to be either Isaac themed or just a reference to MASKS in general.
Changes:
-Skeletron Prime
-Prime summon
-Prime pet & pet summoning item
-Treasure Bag
-Trophy & Relic
-All the Prime boss gore
If you want the actual baby visage pet instead of the Other One then read the README in the files for an explanation.
