A huge Garry`s school location, current version with grid layout textures

Map contains:
- a HUGE location
- 3 floors
- Large schoolyard
- Pool
- IT Classes

Includes NPC navigation:
- Configured NPC node paths (for HL2 entities, VJ Base, etc)
- Navmesh (for nextbots, etc)
