Description
Have you ever wanted to conquer the world as Luxemburg by simply participating in the war. This mod helps you in that endeavor by making every action in the peace conference for players cost 1 warscore instead of the pervious amount.

@Ha_hal_99 I tried it and I don't see the problem, all actions costs one warscore still. Can you specify what doesn't work?
