The Wayfarer is a Starter SV with a lot of space for upgrades and solid cargo space.
Rather expensive, but can serve you for quite some time.
From the start it comes with 4 drills, even though for the long term role it will be better suited as a combat SV.

Comes with enough upgrade space for Jump Drive, shield, generators, two more turrets, etc.
To upgrade thrust, replace thrusters. To add a long-range radar, replace the detector and the fluff around it.
For the rest, just put it wherever there is room.
